He cites the example of South Korea surpassing Côte d’Ivoire in development despite starting from similar levels of poverty in the 1960s. The key is having a clear vision and dynamic .
- To drive progress, Dr. Tapsoba believes Burkina Faso needs to deepen policies in key sectors like agriculture, innovation, health, private sector, education and French language. Innovative thinking is required to address pressing needs .
